Applied Materials Silicon Valley Turkey Trot
Run or Walk for Health, Hope, and a Home

On Thursday, November 22, 2012, Silicon Valley Leadership Group held the 8th Applied Materials Silicon Valley Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day. The Turkey Trot held a variety of races within a race, including a 5K Run/Walk, 10K Run and a Kid's Fun Run at Guadalupe Park in Downtown San Jose. All proceeds of the event went directly to three charities – Santa Clara Family Health Foundation, Second Harvest Food Bank, and the Housing Trust of Santa Clara County. The three charities provide families with their most basic needs for “health, hope, and a home.”
